Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If damage occurs during the shipping process the customer has 48 hours to get in contact with an image of the item and proof of purchase sent to our email sweetstarcandlescontact@gmail.com. At this point we will work with you to fix the issue by sending another item or doing a refund.
